The Board of Mayor and Alderman appoints a Town Administrator who, among other duties, directs and supervises the administration of all departments, offices and agencies of the Town. 

The Board of Mayor and Alderman also appoints a Recorder who acts as the Town’s Treasurer and keeps the records of the Town’s proceedings;  a Town Judge presides over the Municipal Court; and a Town Attorney advises the Board on all legal matters and directs the management of all litigation.
